AVCINTRA100 for both shots.

Ungraded footage. Tripod. Manual focus. Scene file 5. Cinema V.

One shot is AVCINTRA 1080/30pN-1/60 Shutter

Thanks for that. I viewed them both scaled to 1080. The 720 is certainly a lot softer, so it looks like the lens is doing a good job, although it got a bit softer when you zoomed right in. Do you remember what aperture you were using?

Is it my imagination, or does the 1080 clip have higher mid-range contrast? I can't resolve what I'm seeing just with the difference in resolution. The trees behind her are the same, but her skin seems to have more contrast in the 1080 clip.

I guess I should have turned to sound up. :) F8 may explain that softness. It would already be well into diffraction.

I believe it was right around 4.2, not F8.

I tried to keep exposure within the range that does not produce softness.

Given that auto iris was turn off, it stayed with 4.2 to 5.8 or so.
