The title says it all. I'm looking for something to use with my 160. Most of the ones I see specifically say for DSLR. I don't know if these would work well with the 160 because of its weight and size difference. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I can't say enough great things about this one…

Used it with my HVX200 and HPX170, and it's the absolute balls. Money very well spent, providing it fits your shooting style/needs.

Sounds very nice. It's a bit more than I wanted to spend. I was looking to stay around $300. Perhaps I'll save up for it if I don't find anything else as nice.

I think DVTec makes a few different models, so you might check their website and see what they've got.

Indisystem makes one that runs about $300. They have a different one for DSLR and camcorders, check under the rails (think it's called indiRAILSpro XVsm (something like that)

Yup! Looks like the price is down a bit, too. It's not the "best" of these shoulder mounts out there, but it's easily half the cost of a better one, so for me, it's worth it. If I was going to work with the shoulder mount more than a couple times a month, I'd probably invest in a better one for $800+ or more.
