When will we use Vimeo to upload or will we?

There was talk in last fest about using a different upload system, maybe having everyone use their own Vimeo account and linking from there.

Will that be true for this fest? I think it will be easier on everybody. I had trouble with some of the entries last time and this would save mods a whole lot of headache.
