Since you carry both, how would compare the Ac160 vs the Af100? If you were using a auto focus lens on the Af100?

Apples and oranges. I have the HMC150 and AF100. I'll probably eventually replace the 150 with the 160, but I'm in no rush. But honestly, it's like trying to compare a pickup truck to a sports car. Yeah, they get you there, but they do so with different philosophies and purposes in mind. It's not a straight across comparison.

I mean, one is a 1/3" camera with a built in zoom lens, the other is a 4/3 camera with only a lens mount and no servo zoom to speak of (aside from those two just announced Lumix lenses that look somewhat underwhelming).

[EDIT] Not trying to be snarky or anything, but while they may share a lot of things, they are two fundamentally different cameras.
