Anyone use DV Rack?

Hi, I'm using DV rack and I seem to be having a small problem. The first time I hooked up my DVX 100a using a firewire cable, DV rack recognized it right away and I was able to see live feed through the DV rack monitor, but when I went to setup the color bar settings, the first time I clicked on the color bar button the color bars came up. But when I went back to the halp menu to read help on setting up color bars as soon as I went back to set them up all I had was a black screen on the DV rack monitor. I check my camera and it was fine I also checked firewire and it was working fine but still could not get color bars to come back up. I also clicked color bar button on monitir and turned it off and then on again. I also tried restarting DV rack and it did not fix my problem. Has anyone had this happen to them can you give me any suggstions?
