Hello,

I understand that the FS100 is a light-weight camera and I was just wondering if the Manfrotto 701HDV tripod head would be suitable for putting the camera on?

I'm only planning to have the camera and the stock lens, so I don't think weight would be an issue, but I'm curious if anybody else has used it with their camera.

The tripod legs I plan to use with it are old Manfrotto 755b legs. Which in the past have held the DVX100b and HVX200 with no problem.

Nevermind everybody, I went to the store and found out that the 701HDV tripod head is smaller then the Manfrotto 501 head I have.
The FS100 fits the 501 just fine!
