Check out this article at millimeter.com about a tapeless post workflow for a feature film made in Boston. They shot with a Varicam and once the footage was digitized stayed tapeless all the way to 35mm film out.
With the HVX this same workflow can be tapeless from day one. I have read all the debates about the HVX, but I strongly believe that we are on the verge of a filmmaking revolution. Check out the article at:
