I wonder if anyone use that one with his fs-100 .

how does it work with A mount lenses , does it make the lens have auto focus and open the diaphragm in auto mode
pros and cons please , i am mostly interested if someone did check it with Sony/ zeiss 16-30 and 24-70 and sigma 70-200 or similar
best

No auto focus or auto iris but you can control the iris from the camera. Also, it'll supply power for the image stabilization.

How much of the weigh it could hold without support ?
THanks

It's pretty sturdy and that's probably an understatement. Let's just say I would be more worried about the camera lens mount damaging before the adapter falling apart. I would say anything like a 70-200mm needs to be supported or mount the lens (float the camera).

Be aware that the manual iris control creates a "flashing aperture" and loud clicks during adjustment with the adapter.
