Just curious to see how everyone else is doing?
How many of you guys are in post production? Or even finished?!
Who hasn't shot anything yet?

Have 41/2 minutes cut, graded with all effects done. I'm doing two pickup shots Friday, but everything else is wrapped. Hope to have the edit done by the 27th and get it to my music guy.

We're all ready except for the score, but that should be done soon too and then we wait...

Film is currently 3:45 and the first draft is complete. I'm adjusting animation prior to final rendering. While the final render is cooking I'll do the sound.

I've edited very rough up to 2:08 as of now, still got another good half to do. And then I need to sort all the sound.
I'm afraid it's gonna be very very very close. I really hope I finish in time!
rendering is being problematic because of the long takes we did.

Main shots are done, but due to excessive external time demands, not much else has been done. Rough cuts are about 1/4 done. Planning to get first edit done by Wednesday night. Have some dialogue to dub as well.
It'll get done though. One way or another.

Still ploughing through the effects and fighting power outages thanks to the thunderstorms moving through the Midwest. Hope to have the final cut done by Wednesday. Of course, I hope to have a winning Lottery ticket someday, too.

...there's always the 'bobblehead' approach!

We're in post, just need the 2nd Units footage to plug into the film, get the song from the band and off to score it!

Yeah, It's killing me. Funny, my rough cut came in at 6:23 and I was sure there was no way I could get it under the required limit. But, as usual, the cuts actually improved the film rather than hurting it. I'm sure six months form now I'll see many other trims that could and should have been made.
Working on the BTS now - boy did that get lost in the shuffle! (Chris, I envy you being completely done.) And to make matters worse, the guy who shot the BTS for us concentrated on us actually shooting. It's going to be hard to find footage that doesn't show scenes from the film. Just another communications failure on my part.

This happens to me all the time too. Cutting and tightening almost always seems to improve what I'm working on. Or at least if it's bad you can get through it faster. :)

Best of luck with the BTS. I'm almost done - I just need that final version of the score from the composer so I can do the final sound mix. Then I'll spend far too much time trying to do the perfect export and compression to get the most out of the 100 meg limit. :)

Speaking of that, is there a 100 meg limit? I may have missed the posting rules. I assume we will be able to download soon.
