Hey gusy, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out which adapter I need to get in order to use my current Chrosziel matte box (411-50 P) 4x4... any ideas?

Thanks

That's a clip-on Chrosziel? Which lens are you trying to adapt to? Does it have 15mm rod mounts?

I'm trying to adapt it for canon FD lenses, and yes, it has 15 mm rods

An adjustable rod mount/riser plate is what you need so you can center the mattebox on the lens. A lot of manufacturers make them but Indisystem.com (http://indisystem.com) has inexpensive functional setups with rods (see below).
