Sorry for the delay in responding. I have been (and still am) at the Sundance Film Festival. Your Xpress Pro upgrade should inlcude all the manuals you need, so no need to hang on to the previous version unless you like to store such things. I still have the installer disc and manual for the first Avid Film Composer 4.5 from 1992.
As far as downloading, I will need to check on that for you. I have no suggestions as I just use the internal servers.
