I already have one to start learnin. With quite a lot of free time so learning curve wont be a problem...

Able to work with final cut, i want put my hands on Motion and... Combustion or shake?

Moving to Slovakia in a couple of months, due to a woman, so while i learn the language i can help myself with one of those beauties. I donīt know yet wich should be better for job gathering after i can Tarzan comunicate... So... what do you think?

Anyone knows Slovak market by the way? Hehe...

Never used Shake, but I'm a huge Combustion fan. Not sure what is more accepted in Slovakia, but most high-end effects work in the States is done on Discreet systems and Combustion is an excellent "foot-in-the-door" application for Discreet work.

Hope that helps.

Well, steep both are for sure! I love combustion and all the information about it that can be found; meaning tutos, books, DVDs (street prod...).

As long learning curve they have, i wonīt like to spend time in both, and iīm still able to choose one of them. Shake looks awesome and powerfull, and it should work well within appleīs other applications, but there arenīt so much helps like in Combustion... Thatīs where my problem comes from.

Iīm still undecided... So much offer, so difficult to choose!
