About editing 25p

Hi all
I would like to open a thread about how people managed their editings with 25p. Specially with avid but if someone wants to talk about other software feel free to do it.
With 25 p i mean capturing, editing, and outputing all in true progresive.
With or without the mojo.
I don´t have mojo himself but it will be good to know what things can´t be achieve without the Mojo.
Please, all who have already edit progressive footage on a avid can share their experience here.
I will too, whenever i get the mini8mum knowledge.
I read a lot about the progresive stuff and the requirements in order to edit it and so far the more i read the more confused i get.
At this time i don´t even have clear if i have to choose the 25p project or the 50i project.
I see that in the 25p àvid project can´t capture uncompressed material. So i am thinkin can´t deserve to do it.

I´ll wait for the feedback.

Hi!

I have also been trying to use de so famous 25 p project but i cant get uncompressed. I talked with Avid and they said that if one wants the uncompressed one have to go to Avid Synphony or Nitris after you have just edited in Xpress Pro. I am quite pissed of with Avid because the product description doesnt specify this lmitation and the other sysstems as Synphony are much but much more expensive. I have also the Mojo but it doesnt help at all to lose the 25p problem. I just can say i am quite disapointed and thinking och changing to other editing program.
