ND Filter

I just purchased an F3. I also own an AF100. I'm waiting for the F3 to arrive. I was looking at the manual online and on page 39 it shows a built in ND filter on the F3. But from everything I hear only the AF100 has the built in ND. What happened to the ND in the F3?

It has a 2 step ND, if I'm not mistaken. The FS100 is the one without ND's.
