Help please! recovering sequence

I had 2 master sequences and wanted to delete the 2nd experimental one... but I have deleted the wrong one, is there any way that I can recover that sequence?! please guys answer as soon as possible if anyone knows anything

Go to the Attic and open the bin (same name plus extension) and open that. Copy sequence back into yuur active bin.

sorry my ignorance but what is the attic? omf files storage?

In the Avid folder on the "C" drive you will find a folder called the "Attic Folder". You can also do a search for "Attic" in there you will find a folder for the project and 5 versions of any bin. Open the bin that contained your deleted sequence.
