Correct DV offset setting for DVX in AvidXpressPro

Does anybody know what the correct DV offset setting would be for DVX100A in Avid Xpress Pro 4.3? I'm trying to re-lay part of my video on tape that already has the full version on it. Just want to replace part of it that I re-edited without doing the whole thing. (Assemble edit, so to speak). However, with the default delay setting it doesn't do it "frame accurate".

Anybody know the correct number?

I don't, but FireWire as a rule is not frame accurate I lay everything bck down in order to preserve a 2:3 cadence, especially from a 23.976p project.
