I got my dvx in 2003 and since getting it i've directed 3 documentaries, this being the last one and the camera will be retired for new technology. The dvx100a has been through hell and back, this camera is amazing. I just hope the next camera i get will be just as reliable as this one.

Looks good. Do you use the camera's audio?

yes i use cameras audio but i have a lav that i connect when recording interviews - and its great :) never on board unless its just background noise or when i'm shooting out of a car or bikes on location :)
