Use a clip from another project

I got a question.
Is it posible to use a clip (or a group of...) that was captured into a project and move it, and using it, in a new project.
And if so, how can i do it?
Of course i know i could recapture again but i guess must be a way to do it faster.

Just open the bin. You can use any bin from any project anytime.
You can also drag clips from bin to bin or copy clips from one bin to another.

In addition to Grinner's sugegstions, you can also open the MediaTool for any or all projects and drag them from there into a bin of the open project. All different ways of acheiving the same thing.
