Sorry, if this has been addressed. Has anyone looked at IR in black clothing on the F-3. Do we get to keep the Tiffen IR filter in the EX-3 case?

The way to test is to use tungsten lighting, and use a wide variety of synthetic fabrics, those are typically more IR-reflective than natural fabrics.

Of course a test should be done but I am willing to bet the IR problem is either gone or significantly dimmished. When Sony issued the EX1R the IR problem was all but absent.

As I recall this question was asked some time ago on DVInfo.net and the answer was the problem had been fixed for the F3. Just a recollection though.
