Hey guys,
I've been working with Premiere Pro and I can't seem to get a DVD to work quite right. Premiere has an option to burn straight to DVD which I have been trying out. Now, everything goes well and the disc is created without errors. When I play it in my DVD player it starts right up like it should. About 2/3 of the way through though i starts to hang up and pixelate - much like if the disc were scratched (which they were not). Of course, the first thing that went through my head was bitrate. The initial disc was encoded at 6-8mbps VB and the second was encoded straight at 7mbps CBR. Both failed to work properly. Is premiere just incapable of handling anything about 7mbps?! I'm just trying to make sure I'm not missing something key here.
