Is it possible to export back to AdobePPro after you import into AE. I don't want to export avi from AE back to PPro. And what is the Adobe Motion Exchange for? I saw it on export option from AE.
If I must export avi file back to PPro what should I pay attention asa far losing quality?

Thanks. I hope I make my self a sense.

assuming your using AE 6.5 standard or pro.. you can copy and paste between AE and ppro1.5 you have to render the comp to output it and as far as i know its not going to make a difference if you render to .avi and then import into PPRO. or if you render the timeline and then copy and paste into ppro 1.5 , if your render and export settings are the same. just make sure that your quality setting are at the best setting for the codec you are using that your export codec is compatable with ppro.

export your video as uncompressed so you dont loose any quality while rendering

..how is he going to work with uncompressed video in PPRO 1.5 then?

unfortunately, alot of times ..multi generational recompression is just part of the post/edit process, unless you have the HDD space, and processing power or hardware to run uncompressed.
