Apologies to those who saw me clutter up the main area with this, didn't notice the sub-forum.

Various shots of the weather in the Georgia area during the 01-09-11 snowfall. Photographed by Theodore O. Lawrence of Cinephiles Anon. This was done using the AF-100 in combination with Lumix 7-14mm and 20mm lenses, encoded at h264 hdtv1080p HQ.mp4 no color correction.

Loved working with the AF-100. Thing feels sturdy as a brick, like you could deck somebody in a bar fight with it and keep on rolling through to document the impact. Tossed a trash bag over it as a rain slicker and it was ready for what put GA into a three day panic.

I laughed. Thank you sir, for braving the blizzard and shooting this death defying footage for all of us. I'm in Decatur right now visiting family and haven't been able to fly out because of this nonsense. City was completely unprepared. 10 snow plows for a city of 5 million? I only wish you could have gotten more footage of ATLiens trying to drive on ice, funny stuff.

Anyway some cool/interesting shots, thanks for the up. How wide did you go on the 7-14mm? And did you have to do anything to get the digital barrel distortion functionality to work with the lens?

The lens was pretty much wide open the entire time due to the "poncho" and my wearing of gloves. Luckily the design is intuitive enough I could find the record button in spite of the layering on my tootsies. No corrective measures were taken for barrel distortion, just plugged and played.
