By now we all know that the new camera will be formally unveiled at NAB. How many are planning to go to Vegas to check it out first hand?

Booth? That's so 90's. No, the DVXUser booth will be a roaming squad of guys with cameras, sporting DVXUser t-shirts! Our booth will be mobile, we'll float, we'll be everywhere!

(okay, actually we'll be GLUED in front of the Panasonic booth, drooling over the HDX)

i think about every aunt and uncle (about 11 or so) i have here has a big RV, but i doubt they would part with it for me to take to vegas...they take their RVs pretty seriously. lol :cheesy:

I'll be there, fighting the crowds to get a look at the HDX-100 (even though I'm not sold on P2), and to gorge myself at the buffets. :)

I'll be there - driving up from San Diego to see the new HDX, check out the new versions of Sony Vegas 6 and DVDA3, take classes in same and attend the SoCal Vegas Users Group meeting. First trip to NAB; very excited.

How envious I truly am.
I've already spent my Vegas show with CES. It was great, but now with everyone coming out with these insanely upgraded HD cameras, I will be quite envious as I sit at home in Standard Definition. I'd especially like to see that HVX200, wouldn't mind a look at JVC's HDPro dealy either. Maybe those of us left behind should form our own show starring the antiquated technologies of less-than-hi-definition, not-solid-state media, and inferior data rates.

Just FYI: if anyone in Northern Utah needed an extra person to go to NAB with, I think I may be able to oblige you. You don't even have to be in Utah! For your convenience, I'm accepting donations. That way all you have to do is send me the money to go, and I may even bring you back a pen or something.
