Which is the cheapest Avid version (express DV, pro, etc...) that will remove 24P advanced pulldown?

Avid Xpress Pro is the lowest cost AVID product that removes ADVANCED pulldown. Version 5.0 also allow you to output back to DV without a Mojo from a 23.976p project.
