Titles in Photoshop

I posted this in the general software and BLUESPIDER suggested I try posting it here.

When I make titles in Photoshop 7 I do a single transparent layer and put text in it to use for titling over video. When I put it into avid it fills in the transparent area with white...what am I doing wrong??

Check your import options. "Still" Tab; under Alpha use "Invert Existing" I havent used express, but thats what you'd need to do with Adrenaline.

Sink is correct. Then it will import the photoshop file as a matte key.
