has any one here had problems with cool 3d production studio i just purchased it and when i go to use one of the video backgrounds it said i need a video codec which doesnt come with the program i called tech support and they said i need to purchase it seperate at a cost of £14.95 which i think is wrong in order to get the software running they seem to know what codec it is i need but cant supply me with it it has to come from LIGOS can any one help ...thanks in advance Paul
