Hi All,

We're on a very ambitious streak on our nano-budget short film and have some creative ideas on how to represent a fictitious government organization in the not-so-distant future.

A couple of the locations we like around LA is the Federal Building in West LA as an exterior, giving a much more official old-school government tone. The feasibility of filming out here that won't cost the entire budget seems slim... and I guess guerilla outside a federal building would be... more than a little risky. Any ideas on other similar buildings would be awesome.

One crazy idea that just cropped up is the Bradbury Building that was used in a few classic films such as Blade Runner. Unless someone has a contact in the building, I think the fact that the LAPD has an office here may make it have extremely tough restrictions :-(. Anybody have some fun interiors or exteriors?

Another direction we can take it is in the Gattaca style of architecture. Not exactly sure where to find such styles around so-cal though. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
