I saw this movie at the dollar theatres last night and the boom mic was present throughout half the movie. Was it just the dollar movies film copies or what?

Most likely bad matting on the part of the projectionist. Good enough reason to get your money back, I'd say.

I actually enjoyed the film. It was entertaining.
