Prize Fulfillment?

Hey guys I'm bringing this up here because i've posted over the last 12 months approximately, god knows - probably over a dozen times and have had all kinds of bizarre vague answers.

Basically, I'm entering this festival, and if there are prizes or not - great - i'm still happy to participate.

However, I did once win the Creative Vision Award during Quest Fest and well supposedly won a Kesslar Crane :)

It may be obviously that - for whatever reason that isnt possible. But i reckon the lack of any definitive answer, explanation etc is just a bit well insulting really. - a tad you know?

Hence why im posting here - just to get some clarification, because im just asking for a proper response :)

I'm still entering Thrill fest and love this community and the time you guys (the awesome mods) put into the festivals.

Awe Jack my god see - that is how i looked after working on an edit for 8 days in a hotel in Austin hahaha (notice how it didn't effect Sarah however!!! It was absolutely great seeing you there - the only gutting thing was not being able to get out really and see other filmmakers work! I was working on the sxsw show for Hitrecord.org and I was desperately trying to figure schemes to escape and see your show too! I hope it went well for you btw!

Awe it was great - and you know one of the best parts of Austin is place called Hutz - serves the most amazing cheese burgers and fries - plus i er had my first burrito there too! I'm planning a visit to LA soon to network and say hi to folks so ill be searching for the ultimate cheese burgers nation wide eventually!
