Hey 7d users!
For those of you who have great experiences shooting in low light, how do you do it? I have a stock 50mm lens(1.8 aperture) and have no idea to get the best quality out of a low light situation. My settings are usually 200 iso, 1.8 aperture and around 60 shutter for low light settings, also my highlight tone priority is off.

When im talking low light, i mean walking down a typical road with street lights

your 1.8 for that type of situation should be ok. turn your aperture down...keep your shutter speed to about 1/60. Play with the ISO and your aperture should be wide open. Otherwise if your having problems with that I would suggest getting a faster lens. 1.4 or 1.2
