Which NLE software and plugins are needed to edit HDV footage. Is there software out there that is both available for PC and MAC ?

Mainconcept is one of them. It supports adobe Premiere Pro. I don't know about the other NLE like vegas. I've never actually used this before since I don't have an HD camera. Maybe one day.
