Yeah, I had to do a double-take... no, make that a triple-take when I saw the photo of the Wayans as the blondes.

heh heh that was shot up here, And one of those useless little facts, they where prepping the cameras for WhiteChicks right next to us when we where shooting that Mini35 review... and the blonde model from our Filter Test DVD was an actress in the movie.

Focus Puller said it was the funniest set they ever worked on.

Disturbing, definitely disturbing *;D

Maybe it's just me, but the masks/makeup don't look at all convincing. *In fact, they look quite frightning.

saw the trailer for this last night when i got dragged to see "van helsing" ("VH" was probably one of the most unintentionally funny films I've ever seen--if you need a good laugh, definitely check it out!)

as for "white chicks", it looks pretty tasteless (in a bad way--i'm a john waters and early peter jackson fan, so i appreciate "good" tasteless) and the makeup jobs are absolutely frightening. the fact that no one would question the hideousness of these supposed "hot blonde girls" is suspension of disbelief pushed to its greatest limits.

on another note, i walked in to the the theater and saw a movie poster i thought was a joke about two kids going to white castle, but then i saw it was made by the folks who made "dude, where's my car". i also saw the trailer for this one, and i must admit, it does look somewhat funny. and since it was out of context, i couldn't really tell, but the film is either a clever examination of indian-american life, or incredibly racist.
