are there any special effects contests online or anything? id love to enter one :)
Interested in working on a feature film jmproductions? ;)
Actually, I would be very interested in having such a competition. I need get back at it.

i entered 2 of these contest back in the day when i was learning my shizzle...i placed 11th each time..hmm...anyway...its a good place to get motivated and make something.

I visit there sometimes. I've never entered a contest because I'm not that good....maybe I will some day (right now I don't even have a 3D program except MAYA PLE (which I don't like) on my computer. Max is 100 miles away!)

check out #18 "The Labyrinth". my friend ben won that contest, before we were friends. i ended up working with him not to long after i entered my last contest...i was like "you did that!" "thats you!" hes super talented...

rich, your friend ben is dope! I just visited his website and man that dude is definitly talanted! what 3d app is he using? Maya?
