I know it's kind of wack to use PS filters on stuff, but heres a comp i did using some greenscreen footie of myself, a backgound photo of Japan and a little street light. Like the title said i was just messin around but i think it looks pretty cool.

It's not very clear that that's light emenating off a street lamp.

I agree about the light. At first I just thought you were messing around with a yellow gradient. My brain didn't decipher that it was a street light until TC said something (even though you mentioned it in your original post). It looks like you are standing on the roof of a building as well in that picture.
