FCP Settings for Commotion Pro?

Hey guys,
I need to export some footage to Commotion Pro. I've tried, but I keep getting pixelated and grainy results. Anyone know the best way and settings in FCP to do it? I shot in 24PA so my sequence is set to a 2.3.3.2 pulldown. Anyway, can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Try exporting using QT. If you're bouncing back and forth between apps (especially with modifications) then try saving using Animation codec to keep the quality high and avoiding re-compressing until the last stage.
