Does anyone know of a Parking Garage in LA that I would be able to use for free as a location for a one-night shoot?
It needs to have multiple levels with a stairwell.

That's a tough one, not that i know of. Depends on how you're gonna shoot. If you plan to set up lights and do a legit production, you'd need the person who lives in said building with garage to accompany you all night to make ease with the neighbors.
if you run and gun like me, i'd go use the the garage at THE GROVE on a saturday night when it's crowded. People won't notice what you are doing, especially a DSLR shoot.

I dont know about that... I was thinking more like an Apartment building garage. Something more private.

Sweet. Congrats on wrapping! I know of a place that's perfect. It's a place I used to work at in Glendale... assuming it's still the same garage it used to be (run by the same company that is.) After 7, they open the gates... I want to head over there and see if they still run it the same way though... ;)
