So, I shoot in F6, edit in premiere pro 1.5 with the 24p timeline, right. But then what do I export in? And I use Encore to burn it, so what would work the best with that?

Export out of Permiere as an AVI, then just bring it into Encore, I believe Encore automatically transcodes 24p footy.
