creating a file

Guys I have a G5 with FCP prodution suite. I want to keep a 30 second file on hand to put out over the web. The problem is that I have not a clue as to how go about this. I can capture but I don't know how to get it to the web. Any tutorials anywhere ? :-/

Now, hold on a moment -- what's your specific question here? How to upload a file to a webpage? Or what to do after you capture your footage?

yes I would like to upload a 30second clip to send out to someone

if its under 10mb, you can probably just attach it in an e mail. But of course, there are many other options also.
