Was it an XL2? Hmmmm.... Let say .... it was just a crap. Wouldn't be a film anyway. It was just bad acting. The lights...???? My ass....

Are you shure it was an XL2?... hmmm ... ok, still bad story, bad cuting, and sound design. The camerawork is just totaly wrong.

Just kiding! ;D ;D ;D It was very good. I love it. Thank you for sharing this. ;D ;D ;D

Seriously, though...some of the composition could have been better. Too much headroom in the shots were he is talking to his girlfriend on the phone. Some of the closeups of the two brothers were also off but ultimately it was pretty good IMO.

Yes, you have right. I didn't like some part of the lighting and more. But there was more + than - in the short and I've maneged to watch the hole peace and it means a big+ to me.

As far as image quality goes, that short was pretty amazing. Finally there is something that does justice to just how good the XL2 is. I think DVX users are having a hard time accepting that there is something out there as good as their camera now. Notice I don't say "better". I think they're pretty comparable.

I have to say that even with Magic Bullet, I wasn't impressed with the footage quality of that short from the XL-2. There's something still video-ish about all the XL-2 footage I've seen so far. I can't put my finger on it, but it just screams video to me. I think you get a much better image out of the DVX.

All panasonic needs to do is make a model that allows for different lens usage and we could be set! (well, and a native 16:9, etc.) ;)
