XL2, Time Interval and Vegas

Has anyone tried to capture Time Interval footage shot with XL2 using Vegas ?

All I get is a small 1 second snipped part of the footage and that's all.

I had to capture it using a very old copy of MediaStudio 6.0 .

Anyone knows what to do so Vegas captures it correctly ?

Thanks for the clip. I've not yet tried to use the interval timer on the XL2. Could you tell me how you set it up.

0.5 sec record in 30 sec interval.

This records 15 frames per interval in 30p

In egas I changed the playbackrate to 3.75 ( you can maximum set it to only 4) an saved that as a new DV file . The new DV file now has 4 frames per interval. Then I took that new DV file and set the playbackrate to 4. That changed it to 1 frame per interval which is what you saw in that clip.

As I mentioned, I had to capture using an old copy of MediaStudio instead of Vegas.

Still waiting for a sollution in Vegas.

Anyways , I fixed the capturing problem by unchecking the scene detect in the properties. Someone on DVInfo gave me the tip.

Works fine now.
