I believe Jarred does. I asked about this a while back and he said he has it but was still deciding whether to actually launch it or not ...

I think the biggest issue with it is that the XL2 did not have the success it was expected to have. With the XL2 specific forum on DVXuser you really have the best of both worlds, plus being able to keep up with what the Sony HDV camera's are bringing to the table as well!

Maybe they could call this site DVuser, and have the XL2 site as it's own. All they'd have to do is create links on the XL2 site to the forums here, but leave XL2 specifics to that site... or is that too much mucking around - or just a plain stupid idea?
And before anyone says it, I'm not trying to take anything away from this site! It's just a suggestion...

Its a hard choice.. XL2 is great camera but its pretty under explosive in it's growth.. specially with the new camera coming out.
I thought about it long and hard.. I think we may keep DVXuser and just add cameras as we go along so we dont loose each other and get segmented.. eventually the DVXuser will be more of a "DV X User" than DVX user. the X can just mean whatever the hell we want.

Yeah ! The XL2 section here is already great. It's just a bit harder for people to goole and find it ... maybe.
