This is a quick test of the GH13 shooting a game of chess, my daughter went through every emotion during her first game, her facial expressions are timeless..
I am currently integrating 2 x GH13 into a docco and am truly amazed at some of the images coming from his thing..
Will be keeping the GH13 no matter what comes out next, who knows these could be collectors items in a few years...
cheers.

What lens(es) did you use?
What settings did you hack?
What camera settings did you use?
Sorry for all the questions but your footage looks great!

thanks for the compliment, my GH13 has the C setting 50,52,60, native on, I dropped the GOP to 15 for 720P50 with no problems as yet.
I only use 720P50 AVHC format, seems to be more stable from the forums...
I used a Nikon 50mmF1.4, and a Sigma 24-70mmF2.8 , the sigma is an amazing lens with good macro range for up close and gives a razor sharp image through the zoom range..
I have only ever used the smooth setting with -2 on all options...
I must admit it's quite an exciting time to be in the audio/visual industry, especially for the smaller players.
cheers.

Just make sure to ask her to let you win from time to time.

I purchased 2 off ebay, both are chinese versions, I paid $29 & $49..
They both work perfectly however the $49 job does have a better release button mechanism, feels more robust.. I have 2 xGH1 so it is great to have one with Nikon and one with Lumix lenses, saves time when you want to grab a shot from each...
