cant get ptool 3.40d runnung

i´m new here_but watched the forum for a while_orderd today a gh1_not so easy to get one in austria
you fellas do a great job

so i downloaded ptool 3.40d_opend it_i use win7 on a dell notebook_64 bit_click the button load firmware_program freeze

any ideas?
