According to Panasonic the OIS modes are:
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/images/Content/stabilization_Mode1.jpg Image is continually corrected, so you can see the image clearly on the Live View finder or the LCD.
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/images/Content/stabilization_Mode2.jpg Correction occurs only when you press the shutter release button, providing a greater corrective effect.
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/images/Content/stabilization_Mode3.jpg Continually corrects for up/down camera movement; ideal for panning action shots.
Also according to Panasonic only Mode 1 is supported in video. Mode 2 would obviously be useless. Mode 3, however, could be pretty nice. Any chance this could be added to the GH13 hack?
