anyone tested VIDEO BITRATE L ?

Got some weird results when trying the L option.

Actually I was searching for decent settings to work with my recent cards - Kingston 16GB class 4 (actual write speed - 44mbps).

Video bitrate FHD/SH = 58
Video bitrate H 50
Video bitrate L 22
Overall bitrate 60
Limiting bitrate 68

For each setting I shot , with 14-140 lens hand held
60sec regular stuff in my office,
30sec of Pappas chart (hand held ),
60 sec outside with grass bushes and trees.

Results

Video bitrate SH = 16/44/40
Video bitrate H 17/29/29
Video bitrate L 16/44/44 !!!
Overall bitrate 60
Limiting bitrate 68

Tested L=32 for same results !!!
Tested L=40 to get 10/10/10 for the test listed above

BTW got the write error only for the L setting (L=22,L=32)
No read Error for the rest of the tests.
My MJPEG Q E1-E4 148,130,120,112 T E1-E4 33,36,37,38
gave results 30/33/31 for same test with no read / write errors.

Found the reason for this flow.
GOP was set to 12,
when I reset to GOP 26, VIDEO BITRATE L behave as expected.

So for the above test I got...

Video bitrate SH = 58 ... 26/52/50
Video bitrate H = 50 ... 25/43/38
Video bitrate L = 32 ... 20/28/28

The 52mbps and 50mbps gave write errors.
