Shot on VX200 and PD150; this should inspire all of the DV Filmakers everywhere and shows great creativity using limited resources; picked up at Sundance (and wow! look at the website!). Make this kind of film and it can change your life.

No no no
Back around Sundance Variety had reported this film being picked up by Lions Gate and had stated that it was shot 'DV 24p'. Of course everyone wanted to know "DVX100?"
I went to the original site (which was horrible!) and used the CONTACT/INFO email not expecting a response but the Director got back to me and said "We wish we had the the DVX100 at the time of production!"
I replied with a courteous THANK YOU/CONGRATS and GOOD LUCK!

Well here's hoping we get it in Toronto!
For some reason it reminded me of Blair Witch on Water (ala "Disney on Ice") :)
Looks worth a watch tho.

I spoke with the director and he told me this much about the film....
sony vx-2000 and sony pd-150.** budget was around $130,000.**** no cg, no stunt people. all the sharks in the film are real,*live, *and the actors are in the water with them.*
*
hope you enjoy the film!
good luck with your filmmaking.
