What did you guys think of this movie?

I thought it was really good. I think the director's's (2) cut is a lot better...a lot deeper ending.

A lot of the filming was color corrected to add a creepier feel, which...I don't know if it was because it was raining and thundering outside or whatever, but it worked!

I didn't really care for this movie. I thought it had a lot of cheese factor in it. I am not the biggest fan of Kutcher too. However, I have not seen the Directors cut so that might change me...

I'm not a huge kutcher fan...but I have to admit that he kinda suprised me....I thought his acting was pretty good...it could've been a lot worse. I liked this movie a lot. The story line was very interesting...well more interesting and original than a lot of other movies that have come out (well not nearly as original as the Cinderella Story ;))

Totally surprised me.. great concept and original, and I forgot it was Mr. Punked after the first few minutes. Directors Cut though, is by far a better movie.

I just watched the Dir. cut, and really didn't enjoy it. I'll avoid details as not to start a flame war, but I'll say this:

I later discovered same writers as Final destination 2

whah whah whaaaaaaaaahhhhhh :P

Yeah to each their own. This movie isn't worth getting into a flame war about. It's all good. Everyone likes different things.

Caught this tonight (Dir Cut) and loved it. What a cool flick. Im a sucker for anything 'time travel' like. I too forgot it was Ashton and didnt know he actually could act (Not like I had alot to go on).

Original, Nicely shot and a fun ride.

The director's cut ending is way better. I keep trying to find a logic hole in it somewhere. Something about the way they handled the time travel isn't clicking for me, I'm still trying to figure it out.

Awesome, when I saw it(dir. cut) I thought, "This is good...am I the only one who thought this was good?"

He definitely wasn't Kelso!

Im diggin it; it definately was a 'take it for what it is' type of time travel. READ JOURNAL/TRIP OUT with no real explanation given. There were many unanswered issues in the film.

And what was with the dwarf mom? That was weird.

His mom was a dwarf??? :o I didn't even notice...

Well, I sware she was like this 4 foot something chick. I dont know I was like transfixed on this issue. I was like "Ashton is like what? 6 something?" and his mother in the film is hanging out with the lollipop kids. Im thinking the whole time "Out of the waay, Peck!". How can this be? Like she was abnormally small. Like if there was Velcro we'd be throwing her.

lol, I'm seeing you watching the film and silently midget tossing....You know now that I think about it, she was kinda small...perhaps Hollywood has quotas now? ;D

You ever think about that? Casting? Like some roles you see actors in your like WTF is this? Heres an actress:

Frances O'Connor

How is she even a working actress and what the hell are these casting directors thinking? The 2 that come to mind are:

Artificial Intelligence: AI

The mom. I think not.

and

Timeline

In this one she is Paul Walkers love interest? What? Dude. No way.

Damn that's a good one! I've had that feeling before about an actress, but I can't remember it now.

The director's cut ending is way better. I keep trying to find a logic hole in it somewhere. Something about the way they handled the time travel isn't clicking for me, I'm still trying to figure it out.

In all the convoluted timelines, he still wrote about things that shouldn't have happened. Also, many of his time travels were within the original timeline (the blackouts), implying that he shouldn't have been able to change anything, because things still turned out the way they did in the original timeline.

But I liked it a lot. Exactly the kind of time travel story I used to write. In fact, I wrote one based on strong memories myself, so I got a kick out of it.

I didn't watch the theatrical version, so I don't know what's different. But DAAAAAAMN, Kaylie and Tommy's mom was HOT. If I were Evan, I'd want to hang out THERE.
