I'm going to add a poll and use the template from the Official Rules (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=205426) as the choices.
action (young guns), drama (mccabe and mrs miller), comedy (blazing saddles), sci-fi/post-apocalyptic (firefly), horror/thriller/suspense, romance (brokeback mountain), contemporary (extreme prejudice/city slickers) and musical (paint your wagon).

Chances are, if you are making one, you know what kind it is. :)
