HERO

I just saw this last night and the cinematography was amazing. I loved the way everything was color coordinated for each scene. I especially loved the fight scene with the Emporor and Broken sword with the green curtains hanging. I loved the slow motion effects on the drapery of the clothing and hair. I loved the Red clothes against the yellow leaves. I just loved the colors through out this whole movie. It definatly has my head gears churing overtime.

I love Christopher Doyle's work,
and I loved Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

but i thought this movie was....
cheesy...
some beautiful scenes,
but there were some scenes that were just too much, too cliche etc.
Just my opinion.

Visually this movie was beautiful. The story was interesting too. I really liked this movie, just the special effects were "Overdone" to much flying around. That wasn't Neverland and Jet Li wasn't Peter Pan.
