View Full Version : BLIK - Icelandic fashion promo/microfilm shot on a 7D

Hey People of DVXuser

I just finished a promotional video for an all-wool fashion line being premiered these days here in Iceland, but produced for an international market.

In this microfilm the aim was to capture the production process from the point of view of the machines themselves and giving them a sense of autonomous life. The music is created from the sounds captured from the machines and woven together into a mechanical language.

Everything was shot on a Canon 7D with the help of a 8' Kessler Crane and Indifocus Minislider.

I hope you like it and all feedback is much welcomed.

I love the way you incorporated Nat Sound into the soundtrack. Wasn't crazy about the jib work, but the slider was a good choice. The edit is amazingly well done. Nice work, really enjoyed it.

It was good. Some people use the shallow depth of field with any understanding, but you've used it tastefully. The musik was nice.

Your other microfilms are good examples of exposure and composition too. You seem like a deep person. Thanks
